SMARTGOALS

SMARTGOALS are sensor gates which light up orange or blue for players to run, pass or dribble through to score a point or set a time. The gates are set at 1m gaps with the sensors attached to cones.

Coaches can utilise set drills and exercises or can create their own utilising the simple principles of the system. This gives fantastic flexibility for coaches to get the most out of sessions and build reactions and awareness into sessions easily and dynamically. Players are forced to make quick decisions and as there is a light gate to go through it encourages more effort and light competition.

SKILLGAMES

SKILLGAMES is the measurement system linked with SMARTGOALS to benchmark, analyse and track performance of key attributes. MY FOOTBALL HIRE is the license holder for SKILLGAMES in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

The SKILLGAMES system allows coaches to measure attributes for passing, dribbling, speed, reactions, agility and endurance. The system allows the creation of FUT cards to show performance. Coaches can generate their own drills which measure different attributes to the fixed drills creating the platform for coaches to be as imaginative as they want to measure and improve their players.

HARDWARE

  • SmartGoals Sensors

    SmartGoals Sensors

    One set of SMARTGOALS sensors totals 6 gates (12 sensors). Each one connects simply by screwing into the cone on the gates and connects to the opposite sensor. Each gate can be lit up orange or blue.

  • SmartGoals Charger

    Smartgoals Charger

    Each set of SMARTGOALS comes with a charger which also stores the sensors when not in use. Each sensor screws into the charger and flashes orange when charging and blue when fully charged.

  • SmartGoals Gate

    SMARTGOAL sensors fit on top of cones attached to the 1m gates. Once attached each sensor connects to their opposing sensor to create the beam breaker connection which records when broken.

  • SmartGoals Trolley

    SmartGoals Trolley

    The SMARTGOALS Trolley can store and move 6 gates, stacked on top of each other. The wheels bear the weight and the sturdy handle allows the gates to be easily carried to and from the training area.

  • SmartGoals Controller

    SmartGoals Controller

    The SMARTGOALS Controller is key to using the system. Coaches can add gates in either orange or blue, switch positions or reset the system before a new drill. The Controller works directly with the App.

  • SmartGoals iPad App

    SmartGoals iPad App

    The SMARTGOALS and SKILLGAMES apps connect directly to the Controller and allow coaches to select drills, players, adjust settings for time, number of goals to be scored and whether there are time delays.
